14-day returns
Return most goods within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition and packaging (security seal intact). Faulty items are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
How to log a return
- 1. Sign in and open the order under My Orders.
- 2. Choose “Request a return”, pick the items and tell us why.
- 3. Confirm your collection address — our team will arrange the rest.

What is the return window? +
You can return most goods within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging with the security seal intact.

When will I be refunded? +
Refunds are processed once the goods are received and inspected at our distribution centre, typically within 21 working days, to your original payment method.
Are any items excluded? +
Custom or personalised items, ink and toner cartridges where the seal is broken, and certain furniture may be excluded. Faulty goods are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
